DIRECTIONS:

BY CAR

Aldeburgh is a seaside town located in the county of Suffolk between Woodbridge and Lowestoft on the East Anglian coast. 

From London and the South:  Take the A12 northbound (junction 28 M25) following signs towards Lowestoft until reaching the A1094 signposted to Snape.  Follow the A1094 to Aldeburgh.  The ArtHouse and the Aldeburgh Beach LOOKOUT are located on the seafront at 31 Crag Path next to Kings St car park.

From Cambridge or the West:  Take the A14 and join A12 northbound towards Lowestoft until reaching the A1094 signposted to Snape.  Follow the A1094 to Aldeburgh.  The ArtHouse and the Aldeburgh Beach LOOKOUT are located on the seafront at 31 Crag Path next to Kings St car park.

BY BUS
There are bus services from both Aldeburgh and Woodbridge. Traveline on 0871 200 2233 or visit www.travelineeastanglia.co.uk.

BY TRAIN
Visitors arriving by train will need to take a National Express East Anglia service from London Liverpool Street to Saxmundham station, via Ipswich (the journey is about 2 hours). Saxmundham is a short drive from both Snape and Aldeburgh. When arriving or leaving the station, please pop into The Bell Hotel, which is 200 yards away, for a quick refreshment and ask for Russell, the maitre d' who will give you a special present.
